For your peace of mind all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. During promotional and launch periods please allow for an additional 1-2 days for your order to be picked, packed, and dispatched. Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Track your parcel via Australia Post.

Please note our warehouse only dispatches on business days and does not operate on weekends and public holidays.

RETURNS FORM

Please check that your return meets the condition of our return policy.

Download and complete the return form and be sure to include the items you would like to return.

A member of our team will confirm your return has been received for a refund or exchange*.

  • Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. credit card. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

  • Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.

    Please note: Twostyle will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

  • Our Return and Exchange Policy is subject to amendments without prior notice. Any purchase from Twostyle following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. Twostyle recommends all buyers read our terms and conditions and policies prior to making a purchase.

    Please note: orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • If you have had a change of mind or in the rare and unfortunate event that you have received a faulty item and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team shop@twostyle.com.au and follow the below steps.

    1. Email our team at shop@twostyle.com.au quoting your full name, order number, and photos of the faulty item.

    2. Once we have received your email and the relevant photos are deemed to be Faulty, we will provide you with a replacement; subject to availability and/ or refund on the faulty product subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law plus a refund of the shipping costs incurred by you.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twostyle will not be liable for any defect or damage caused by user mis-handling and/ or error which may be caused by or arise as a result of:

    • You failing to maintain or store the product;

    • You using the Product for any purpose other than that for which they have been designed;

    • You failing to follow the specified care and handling instructions or guidelines provided on the garment tags;

    • Fair wear and tear
