  • For your peace of mind all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    You will receive a notification with tracking details. Track your parcel via Australia Post.

  • Yes we offer click & collect from Twostyle HQ.

  • Unfortunately we are only accepting returns via post at this time, you will not be able to process a return in person.

  • Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

  • The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

  • We are based out of Melbourne, Australia. All our online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.
